Ha Noi People’s Committee has approved a 1:500 scale plan of Vibex urban area which covers more than 48.5 hectares in Bac Tu Liem District with a population of 7,000.
The chairman of Ha Noi People’s Committee has approved the adjustments of detailed planning for Ha Noi’s hi-biotechnology park in Tay Tuu, Lien Mac, Minh Khai and Thuy Phuong Wards, Bac Tu Liem District.
